Past performance, system statistics, or example outcomes do not guarantee future results.

5. Exchange Connectivity and Third-Party Services

PrimeARB AI may allow or support integrations with third-party exchanges, payment providers, analytics services, or other service providers. Your use of such third-party services may be subject to separate terms, policies, and technical requirements imposed by those third parties.

Where API-based exchange connectivity is used, you are responsible for configuring your exchange permissions appropriately and for following all security instructions provided by PrimeARB AI and the relevant exchange. You should use trade-only access where appropriate, disable withdrawal permissions where available, and apply security practices such as IP restrictions and two-factor authentication when supported.

You acknowledge that PrimeARB AI does not assume responsibility for losses caused by your own security failures, credential mismanagement, exchange-side settings, or unauthorized access resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, design elements, interface components, graphics, text, and other materials made available through PrimeARB AI are owned by us, licensed to us, or otherwise protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

8. User Content

If you submit content, data, communications, feedback, or materials to PrimeARB AI, you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so and that your submission does not violate any law or third-party rights.

PrimeARB AI does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, execution outcomes, profitability, market availability, exchange uptime, data accuracy, or the suitability of the Services for any particular purpose. We make no guarantee that the platform will prevent losses, identify every opportunity, or perform without interruption in volatile or rapidly changing market conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeARB AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of PrimeARB AI for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to PrimeARB AI for the relevant Services during the three-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if no such payments were made, whichever is greater.
